Each Hat-Tatt™ is meticulously designed. Extreme detail is used to create the specific design, pattern and style. Once the design is approved, a mold is created and a die-cast manufacturing process is used to fabricate the metal coin. Each coin is then fitted with a strong magnet, plated with nickel and polished. The final step is applying the hard, durable, vibrant enamel paint. This process assures that every Hat-Tatt is built using the best materials making it vibrant, strong and long lasting.
Each coin includes a metal hat clip as well as a clear PVC pouch.
